How does this lease sound? Urgent responses needed

I know I know. This should go in the mass post about leasing, but I really need a response quicker as the car I ordered is finally here and I am picking it up tomorrow.

Details:

36 Month Lease / 10K Miles a year
61% Residual / 1.85 MF

Car:

335i Coupe: Alpine White / Black Leather
Premium Package
Sports Package
Nav
Park Distance Control

Lease Details:

$800 Over Invoice
Selling Price: $44,775
Down Payment including drive off: $3000
MSRP: $47,195

Bank Fee: $825
Total Capitalized Cost: $45,600

Final Lease payment per month: $593.07

Does this sound like a good deal? I believe they included MACO or something in the MSRP as well

Please let me know. Thanks!

is your down payment JUST out the door type things (fees, 1st month payment, etc) or did you put money down as well? if so, how much did you put down

based on 800 above invoice thats about what most other "good deals' are around here. money factor is the base so thats also good. as long as you can keep it under 10kmiles a year youre golden. looks good to me assuming you didnt put a whole of money down (other than typical drive off fees).

The $3000 down I'm putting includes all fees etc. About $1800 fees I believe, and the rest is for the actual down payment

I think that's a pretty good deal. That's right in the ball park of what a 335 coupe lease should be.

Looks like a good deal. Enjoy the new ride and don't worry if you got the best deal out there. Some will pay more, some will pay less.
Go out and have fun!
