Strange Problem

I have had my 335i for just over a year now (purchased cert preowned 07 model) and I have been experiencing the same problem ever since I bought the car. Every once in awhile, (probably 3-4 times a week) If I floor the car at around 2k - 4k rpm in 3rd or 4th the car will seem to sporadically lose power and kinda of stutter, if I take my foot off the gas, the car is fine and I can cruise, If I keep it down there is a 50% chance it will go into limp mode. I took the car in after this happened and they replaced my hpfp, spark plugs, and sensors and it worked for about a month, then I experienced the same problems. I also noted that with a tune, the stutter is even worse and limp mode happens even easier. The car is under warranty but every time I go to the dealership they say I have to have an engine light on for them to service it yet when I turn the car off the CEL goes away. I really want to install a JB4 but I do not trust this car at all, any help would be very much appreciated as I feel like I can never push this car past 5k rpm which is sad.

What kind of codes are you getting? Read them out

possible culprits are VANOS solenoids and/or fuel injectors (based on what I've read)

If you find out, please let us know and yes you should get the codes
