Cold start problem-Help please-

every morning/whenever my 335i is cold I get these codes

p112d
p166f
p0305
p0304
p0306
p0300

I had my fuel pump replaced twice same with my injectors

After about a minute of run time these issues go away...

WTF.. dealer cleaned out the carbon in my intake man, and changed out the O2 sensor bank 2 sensor 1

This only accrues when the car is completely cold

Anyone please

Did you ever find out what was wrong with your car?
