My car % Questions.
I have a 2011 BMW 328xi. All is stock. Here it is,
Here is the back, Here's what i want to do. I've looked all over, Youtube, Google, Everywhere.. No one really posts enough information. I want to get an eismen exhaust system or something similar. I want to make it so there are 4 total exhaust tips coming out. ( so 2 on each side). I looked for alot of bumpers but really couldn't find anything that looks good. I looked on here at alot of threads that had m3's * 335's & some 328's that had some pretty cool bumpers with the quad diffusers and the quad exhaust systems. Is it possible for me to do this to my 328xi or something similar? These are what maybe i would like to do and what i have in mind. Here are some pix. ( They Are From This Forum ) http://i56.photobucket.com/albums/g1...7Mediumxxx.jpg http://i56.photobucket.com/albums/g1...r/IMG_7212.png http://www.e90post.com/forums/attach...1&d=1271033603 What other tuneups would you guys recommend? |

Not sure about the quads that you want, but I bought the oem performance exhaust for my 328xi last month. I liked the idea of running a quad setup but I feel too lazy to try and figure it out. Haha.
In addition, the only tunes I would imagine are worth the 328s non turbo engine would be the BMS powerbox, oem Eurobox intake, and your exhaust. Not much you can do to a NA engine. Alternatively, you can get an AA tune instead of a BMS pbx, which is better but not reversible. PBX is plug and play and significantly increases throttle response which is worth the 300 bucks. AA tune does more, but you have to find a place to do it for you. I say you save the money and just work on cosmetics right now since your car is solid stock. Grilles, painted reflectors, tints, wheels, etc. Up to you, good luck. |

If you got the sports package on the car, i think that's where the rear diffuser comes from (not 100% sure on this one). But there's bumpers out there like that for purchase - you'll have to get it painted somewhere though.
Aside from that "Quad Exhaust" isn't that difficult to find... the problem with finding it for "328xi" is the rear bumper setup... it's only built for a single exhaust (or dual tipped)... And i think the rear bumper you're seeing here is the M-tech rear diffuser bumper. ^__^ |

A 335i bumper will work, as well as M-Tech bumper
I just got the BMS Powerbox last night... i'm having some technical issues at the moment, but i think it's because of the install, not the product itself... I could definitely feel the throttle response difference when it got put in though, nite and day difference. Not too sure about the actual Horsepower gain they advertise but it's still very jumpy once installed |

there are plenty of dual/quad exhaust conversions in this forum alone... maybe u weren't searching for the right thing? anyway, all you gotta do is get any 335 rear bumper and then a muffler shop to fabricate the piping for the exhaust to fit the outlets. as far as which 335 bumper to get, u can pretty much choose any of them, just depends on what you like in terms of looks the best.
if you want to keep the "328" bumper (based on the pictures you linked), then again, you just pick whatever bumper you like best and then have a muffler shop fabricate the piping so you get another outlet on the right side of the bumper. btw, that first picture with the blue e90 with m3 bumper and m badge is a poser. |

lol at no one giving a straightforward answer.
You need the mtech rear bumper so you can add those diffusors, and the quad version of the BMW performance diffusor is not OEM, so you would have to order it from someone like longtran, or a quick google search will get you the link I posted below. Also be careful with the quads, as not all of them will fit all diffusors... but most exhaust shops can fix them to make them fir perfectly. http://www.bimmerkit.com/index.php/e...perf-quad.html As for the actual bumper, any BMW dealer or www.getbmwparts.com will have the e90 rear mtech bumper.

It won't fit. It's for an m3. You need quads for an e90 Either go with Remus, Eisenmann, or a custom set up with either muffler delete or some combination of magnaflow mufflers

Ok so are you sure that the mtech bumper will fit my 328xi? the diffuser? I want to do that really bad to my car exactly like this right here.
And also this is my first time im doing this to my car would i have to have the bumper cut for the diffuser or what? Or does it snap into the bumper? This is exactly what i want to do, with the spoiler just like this pic. http://www.bimmerkit.com/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/5e06319eda06f020e43594a9c230972d/d/i/diffuser_quad.jpg

noob... I gave you getbmwparts.com... you gotta actually put some effort into it to find shit... http://www.trademotion.com/partlocat...catalogid=4462 I didn't rely on everyone on here to tell me where to buy my parts... A quick google search, or a search on a website I had already given you would have helped you find it. Regardless This WILL fit your car, and just call them and get the bumper without the diffusor, and then get the diffusor for the quads from another vender, like the one I linked to you earlier. The diffusor will need to be put on by a body shop. any competent body shop will be able to do your paint + install since there are bumper guides that need to be put on as well to get it on your car.

If you go into accessories section of the site, they have all the OEM parts that you could want for the car, (spoilers/splitters/exhaust, etc...)
