Advice??

I NEED SOME ADVICE.. I took my car a local muffler shop Saturday here in town to have some tips put on, the guys lift was a little low.. I heard the bumper scrape a little jumped up looked and one of the other workers yelled 'whoa whoa" to the guy that was driving it up on the lift.. it wasnt working so he drove it around to another lift that he had in the back. Installed the tips quick and drove it back around to the front.. glanced at it quick didnt see anything so I didnt think anything of it until this morning. I went out to my car and the bottom left under the fog light paint is cracked and chipping all to hell. Taking it back to see what they will do to rectify this situation BUT, if they refuse to pay for damages what angles should/can I take? Burn the shop down or just shoot everyone that works there??

i dont think there is much you can do, since you didn't catch it while at the muffler shop. they will probably tell you it didn't happen there.

Yeah, i was afraid of that.. I already started looking for some splitters to cover it up.. ugh

UPDATE: I called and told them what happened they remember it. But I have to speak with the owner of the shop, who conveniently is in Minnesota for a week. I'm taking pictures, names and dates ect to the shop today. I'm so pissed.

GOOD UPDATE: Took to "the best" auto repair in town and got an estimate. $369.62, then took that to the muffler shop. It gets repainted/fixed Wednesday. I'll have it back that night.
