Some questions on METH

So I was looking into getting meth for my 07 bmw 335i and was wondering a few things.

1. What company is the best bang for your buck? (best cheap one best one overall if possible)

2. How much meth do you go through while using it. (maybe look at question 3 before answering this one)

3. (JB4 question for meth) On the JB4 site it says ""progressive methanol integration"" what does this exactly mean? I was told if I don't tune for meth it wont consume a large amount of it (though it wont perform as well as a tune for it, it will still give some power)

4. Are there any video guides or picture/writeup guides on how to install meth? It seems very complicated all though all the people talking about meth say its very easy... Seems hard to me
