Earth Google is awesome I discovered it a couple of weeks ago and I've been visiting interesting places all over the world.
Use the tilt function and it feels like you are flying over terrain. It is definitely worth the trouble of downloading and installing the program.

Yeah...google has had google maps for a while now, but they have some kind of new technology where they can put computerized streets over satellite images. You can also pretty much find any place in the world, and click on it and it takes you to a google blog where others have written comments about it, etc. Try New York City or Los Angeles and turn on 3d buildings---AMAZING!
If they have stuff like this out now, imagine what map software will look like in say five years from now! I found out about google earth about two weeks ago. Fox news did a story on it. |

They are satellite photos from major metropolitan areas taken over a length of time. Most images are approximately one to two years old. Google Earth launch back in July and they also have upgraded products that cost money and have more features. These kinds of programs are why Google stock has more than tripled in the year it has been public. And to get back on topic as this is a BMW forum... maybe some people here are buying their e90s with Google money |

I am glad you liked it ! Pretty cool tool ....
The building is the BMW headquarter in Munich. The BMW logo is on top of a building next to the administration and it is actually the BMW heliport .... fdc
