Coolest Thing for Under $100
What would you say is the coolest or most 'neat' thing you can buy for $100 or under?
I keep thinking a nice pen or lighter like a higher end Zippo.

Is this for a gift or just something for yourself?

RC Helicopter is the coolest thing under $100. When I was a kid, anything close to that cool was more like $800.
You could probably get an 1940's SKS Rifle for about $100 if you shopped around. Those are pretty cool. They perform and are a piece of history. A nice keg of beer provides a lot of fun. I think those realistic looking light sabers are about $100. Those are sweet. Or, you could get an actual high-power laser. A hookah and some chi cha would be fun. A nice swiss army knife or multi tool is neat. |

I gave my groomsmen a really nice pocket knife. A nice led flashlight would be cool too...something from surefire:
http://www.surefire.com/ seems a lot cooler than a lighter or pen |

i recently bought this... there are many other models for much less money... basically bought it for fun to shoot some cans in backyard. its a pretty fun little toy.
in case people are too lazy to watch the video, this is an CO2 powered pellet replica gun. its not a real firearm.

Thanks, guys. Keep 'em coming!
Helicopter is cool but my best man already has one. So far I am putting together little kits for the groomsmen which include: snap on multi-tool, organic super hot sauce, personalized cufflinks, a cigar.... was going to get a lighter and maybe a magazine subscription. For the best man was going to add one more cool thing for $100... so that might give you an idea of where I'm coming from.

This:
http://www.royalshave.com/p/401-077-...ck-handle.html Plus this: http://www.royalshave.com/p/409-015-...or-blades.html Is the best $80 I've ever spent. The first shave left my skin with a little irritation, but I've been using the same blade every 4 days (YMMV) for a month now and the shaves are so close, so smooth, and irritation free. I used to get one or two ingrown hairs that would turn into minor pimples, but haven't had any since I've converted, skin looks and feels great. |
