My girl is looking to put her car up, we are looking into getting our own place soon so less priority items have to go for now.

Its a 2009 (11/08 build) 335xi coupe, Montego Blue/Dakota black leather. Options are as follows:

-AT
-Sport Package
-Premium Package (includes Logic 7 surround)
-Cold Weather Package
-Comfort Access
-Rear Privacy blind
-Navigation (CIC style Idrive, not old one, also coded for DVD in motion)
-Aero Package

Mods are as follows:

-JB4
-Injen Intake
-AE Quad exhaust
-ETS Intercooler
-H&R Coilovers (freshly installed, maybe 2 months old)
-LC818 wheels Gunmetal 19x8.5 +30 Front, 19x10+37 Rear
-Toyo Proxes 4 tires 235/35 and 265/30/19 (have two extra fronts)
-Euro LCI tailights
-Vornsteiner rep Trunk spoiler color matched
-LUX H8 angel eyes
-HID 3000k foglights
-CF wrapped trim
-AR XI downpipes (not installed)

also being sold with the car is the OEM set of 17s, good tread on the RFTs and also with a spare set of TPMS installed in them.

Car has 34k miles, only warranty work was a fuel pump 24k miles ago. Oil change has been done religiously every 5k miles with Shell Synthetic Oil 5w-30. Will put some pictures up tomorrow.

Asking 35k as is, highly preferred NOT to part out. Car needs nothing, you just jump in and go!
