2002 M5 with only 110 miles!!!

Price seems a little high for a 2002 M5 with 110K miles on it. I can find a 2008 M5 with 60,000km which is 36K miles for $58K. Can even find a 2006 M5 with 110,000km for $38,000. This is on autotrader which has inflated prices.
