Exclamation Help: High pitch rattle when accelerating with fan on?

I'm experiencing a high pitch rattle (kind of like the sound of coins rattling together, but high pitched) that's only produced when I'm on the throttle with the fan on. It completely disappears when I turn the fan off and get on the throttle, and I don't believe I can hear it with the A/C on.

Does anyone know what this could be? What should I tell the dealer if I bring it in for service?

My car is a 328xi.

Thanks for your help!

can you duplicate it standing still having someone rev the engine while you listen under the hood. don't wear a tie.

try to observe the accessory belt, see if it is coming from the AC compressor pulley.

dont wear a tie.

I'll give this a try when I get the chance, and I 100% will not wear a tie Thank you!

On a side note, I had a rattle issue with the A/C on when I was at a stand-still a few months ago (see thread: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=552160) but the problem went away and I never had it checked out since we already know what BMW would say...
