My car wont run Cobb stage 2+.

Like the tittle says. It starts misfiring at WOT. I switch to the regular stage 2 map and it runs fine. Any ideas? It threw a misfire code on #6 cylinder. The car is a 07 6at. Hpf intercooler, Bms intake and cpe downpipes.

With 38k you are likely on the original plugs. I would bet that is the issue.

had the same problem, had one bad coil. Changed it and it was fixed.

On a side note, do you feel strange throttle oscillations when putting it to the floor?

Same thing here...cylinder 6 misfires at WOT on S2+. Original plugs with 35k miles. Plugs will be changed next week. Hopefully, that will fix it. No issues running S1

If your car is still under warranty, did you just bring it to the dealer with the tune installed and the code thrown? Or did you pay for a plug change? Since there is no way to throw the misfire on stock/stg1/stg2, any idea if the load placed on the plugs will EVENTUALLY manifest itself on the stock map so that it can be warrantied?

It will, but honestly you may be waiting forever. Buy the plugs online, and get it out of the way for less than $100

Well, I think its good practice to start with a fresh set of plugs as soon as you start running a tune - as you would have to change them out later anyway. If the problem still persists, then you can start looking at coils

I'm with everyone else, first thing we look at on our 335i when she miss fires is the plugs.

Yes and no, I contacted them and they told me to check my DCI b/c they have seen that happen with DCI with the air filter on too far, that's all they really had to tell me about it. I have talked about it on another forum and only some are feeling it, not everyone running stg 2+ is.
