New options for335i LSD

Has anyone found any new options for putting a LSD in the 335i? The Dinan product seems to be the most headache free option being it's a change out unit. But the reality is the unit is approx $1k and figure $300-$500 labor for setting the gears up. So it's pretty dang expensive for what you get. I looked at an LSD 1yr ago but it was a cluster and now am re-visiting.
