Yup, I hope he gets fired. No excuse for that. Our FedEx guy did the same shit but fortunately it wasn't a monitor or anything super sensitive. You know your guy did that shit on purpose; he can clearly see it's a monitor. It would be negligent for FedEx to let that guy keep his job.

owner should contact customer service ASAP and show them the video. Or find out the distribution center he is out of and speak with the manager.

I would be emailing a copy of this video to the company who sold you the monitor, because you know if you don't FedEx are going to claim the monitor was not properly packaged and refuse to refund the company, so they are the ones who lose out.
I'd also email a copy to your local news reporter, I'm sure this is not the first time the driver has done something like that and there will be others out there with damaged packages that FedEx do not want to pay out on. |
