New Years Resolutions.
So is anyone going to make any changes for 2012?
I know my goal is to stop eating so much crap, cut down on cigarettes, start hitting the gym and getting into good shape and start some kind of Martial Arts, Kickboxing or somthing at some point Merry Christmas All

The thing I hate most about resolutions? Being a gym rat in the month of January. I go to the gym 5 days a week and all the 'gonna lose weight' people take up every machine, every bench (somehow the squat racks are open HAHA), etc. yet no one makes it to February.
I don't really have a resolution. Make better trade decisions? lol IDK

1. Learn to cook my own healthy meals that just so happen to be fucking delicious. 2. Stop smoking completely, either using NRT or cold turkey. 3. Set specific fitness related goals. Simply going to the gym is not sufficient imo. Take what you think you can do as a smoker and you can probably double it once you've quit. Go to the gym is not specific enough to maintain interest. Run a 5k in under 18 minutes or squat 400lbs is better. You're thinking like a chump. Be a warrior. Merry Christmas to you as well. |

1st and most important, quit tobacco.
Then comes making more money, saving more money, cooking and eating better (although I don't eat too badly now, there's always room for improvement). Somewhere, find more motivation to work on my hobbies, which used to be my life. Get at least 2 new fine watches for myself (which kind of contradicts my 3rd resolution, but so what) |
