Bmw 3 series start issues

Dear all,

I'm new to this forums. I have a BMW 325xi that I bought on June 2008. The car has done about 72000km and had a faulty spark plug from factory that failed the first week, other than than I've had no more issues until today.

I started my car at midnight, outside temperature was cold at around 7ºC, I've noticed that the car had some issues maintaining lower revolutions on the engine, but it seemed to work ok after a while.

I've posted a video to show you guys the issue, can you tell me what's the problem? your help will be very appreciated.
