Alright, here is some background. there is this kid, I didn't know how I know him at first place, but I ended up helping him found a 01 ghetto e46 smg M3 vert last year, that m3 was all messed up, seats worn out, transmission pump failed, flat tires, navi unit was fucked, RTABs were out...though we got the price down pretty low, I told him not to buy it because he will need to spend a low more to fix everything than buying one in better shape. and he totally ignored me, took 15K from his dad, and bought that m3. we went for a drive that day after he bought the car and he started to telling me how good the M was, how intoxicated the exhaust sounded, then he asked me:"Do you think I have a better car than you have?" I was like WTF?!?! what a fucking asshole, I just helped you picked up your car, saved you a couple grands, never say thank you, and now you decided your fucking ghetto m3 is better than my 335? I was kind of pissed and decided not to talk to this kid again.

couples months later, he took his fat bill from dealer and trying to complain about I should not have let him buy the car, and I did not really give a fuck and never answer his phone/reply texts.

then a couple weeks ago, He wanted to race me, I was bored so why not. I gave him 3 runs, totally destroyed him before he ran out of excuses(He told me he mis-shift twice LOL, How can you mis shift a auto?) and decided he should go easy on the SMG transmission. btw I am FBO.

then this week, this kid has been calling me non-stop, I never picked up the phone, he fucking came to my lab this morning while I was working and running some experiments and I really don't need any disturbs, He went off on how he is fucking finally putting the car together after spending 10k, and how he recently got a 335i loaner from dealer, and then, he told me he deliberately found where I parked, parked next to me and kicked my tires(WTF??), what really pissed up is that he said:"335 drives nothing like the M, no where close, my M is a true enthusiast's car" then he asked me to help him install his angel eye. I was so fucking pissed at that point, I almost can't stop myself punching him in the face pouring a whole tank of liquid nitrogen on him. How the fuck you call yourself a enthusiast driving a AUTO CONVERTIBLE and drives like a fucking grandma? and you call me non-stop is only trying to tell me how awesome your M is compared to my 335?!?!

Anyway, I just don't understand in what is going on with this kid, he is 22 and his parents still pay off everything he needs, he never made his own money. and he is the biggest asshole I have seen i my life. I just don't understand how the fuck you grow up with such ridiculous personality and such incompetent, somehow still alive?

alright, feels much better after the rant, but I still sincerely wish that he crashed his best sports car in the world

^that was my plan after the first time I realized he is a dick, but he is one of those skinny, pale, awkward kid that don't know how to fit in the society. I came here US two years ago and I can understand to feel isolated from others/society is pretty disturbing. I was trying to help him to fit in school/ social life. funny thing is he is 100% authentic American LOL. I see myself a pretty nice guy and he successfully piss me off over and over again. anyway, I guess there is a reason that he cannot fit in and I am not going to help him anymore

That's very nice of you, I am the same way too, but there's only so much you can do before he does something really stupid and really piss you off. Talk to him and tell him exactly how you feel and if he doesn't stop being a dick, then drop him.

Just don't take anything he says seriously. I have a similar friend. He thinks his B6 S4 is the god of all german cars. I just let everything going in one ear and out the other. No need in getting stressed out over something that is totally irrelevant.

Yep, he has to understand what he has done wrong. instead of arrogant it's more likely because he does not know how to communicate wit others properly. I don't don't really care now, maybe he needs to learn his lesson the hard way

Haha that's good man. I remember when I ran my buddy with the S4 and I pulled on him on the highway. I think I heard every excuse in the book after that. He would also compare the two cars option for option and pick out the better things in his car. It was quite funny to be honest.

I also have another friend that got an E60 525xi and he felt the need to one up everyone all the time. He actually told me that his 525xi was better than my 545i because he could drive it in the snow. I was like LOL OK.

My other friend thinks his 330 hp Evo 8 will take a C63.
