fuse issue HELP
Hey all,I would have posted this in COSMETIC but i thought alot more tech stuff goes on in this thread rather than cos. anyway
2008 335XI SEDAN xenon headlights with headlight washers, body shop is installing m3 front rep bumper, left washers installed, tried to pull fuse 43 and it disabled WINDSHIELD AND HEADLIGHT WASHER, it would be ideal only to disable the headlight washer I have heard that fuse 48 sometimes works but my card in the fuse panel in the glove box does not say 48 is for the headlight washer. i wish i just had a paint booth in my barn and coulda did all this stuff by myself. my friend owns it so he is very hepful but he cant figure this out and he said he could disconnect the tubes to the headlight washer under the fender liner but that would take a lot of work. what can i do? is it fuse 48? can i just plug them somehow right where they squirt? and i didnt even think the bumper would fit on with the washers left in tak..so confused any experiance with the m3 rep please help so i can further relay info to him cuz he is not active on this very informative forum.which he should be.. Thanks guys |

which body shop are you using in hburg? Hit up RMA-ryan miller autobody. That being said-remove pass side fender liner and un plug the connector for your headlight washer pump. To get to it you will need to take out the 10mm bolt which holds the tank in the fender well and pull it forward to get to that pump.
