Look in the drivers side door shut when the door is open. If the information is not there, I believe you can also find tyre pressures in the manual?

2.3 bar. Press and hold the psi/bar button it will change the digital display to bars. Default at stations is psi

2.3 works out at 33 psi.
2.1 works out at 30 psi

Not sure what your car is (engine size?), but my old 330d pre-LCI was about 38PSI front and 42PSI rear with those tyres on run flats.

Although I ran with slightly less pressure than that and found the car handled better.

Im cant believe how much these tyre pressures vary! Im was think of using 30psi at the front and 32psi at the rears. But some people are using as much as 42psi!!

People are going up to 42PSI because that is the recommended pressure from the manufacturer!! Thats what it should be - it needs to be a a lot higher for run flats.

My LCI is higher still.

Fronts: 39 PSI (2.7 Bar)
Rear: 45 PSI (3.1 Bar)

and fully laden:

Fronts: 44 PSI (3.0 Bar)
Rear: 50 PSI (3.5 Bar)

Fooking barmey as the tyre is rated with a maximum PSI of just over 50PSI.

The door plate on my 330d says 36psi front, 40psi rear. It handles well at those pressures, even on non-RFT so I'll stick with that. In the summer when I have a very long motorway haul to the south coast and back, I may up that by 1 or 2 psi - or may forget

Had some issues with the machine at the petrol station, so took my car to a local tyre/exhaust specialist. After looking at the info plate on the inside of he door, he recommended 32psi for the fronts and 34psi at the rears.

Too low! IMO... those tyre specialists....

If you have rft, you'll need to up the pressure for the rears, otherwise you'll get uneven wear....

Thats what it says on my door placard on my 2005 e90 320d for 18's, doesn't specify if its referring to RFT or not so I guess its a case of what came on the 18's that were supplied with the car - I'm guessing thats what those pressures refer to

Personally, I run that or a bit higher on my non RFT's, I would put a bit more in RFTs if I had them.

The car comes with RFT's so surely the info-plate should refer the these RFT18" wheels - right? It doesnt make sense otherwise

So, even if you add extra pressure like some of you are doing - surely this will also lead to uneven wear??
