New to BMW need advice !!!!

Hey guys,

hope I'm in the right section.

New to the form and new to BMW and looking for some tips. I'm picking up my 08 BMW 328I next week and I've already started thinking about rims =).... got a few mods already picked out (kidney grills, Lip, angel eyes) but I am stuck on my choice of rims. Car is 08 BMW 328I Jet black.

I think i have decided to go with avant garde M310 Machine Black for my car.

What do you think of size if I don't expect to lower this?
I was going to get 19" but if not lowering it i think it might look a bit awkward so i was thinking maybe the 18's?? whats your take? keep in mind i expect to keep stock suspension. I was looking at the Eibach, or H&R lowering as I saw that you can get a 1.3 drop in the front which shouldn't be to bad for me. Only concern is that I live in Ontario so winters here can get bad once in a while so expecting to leave stock suspension.

Tips???

Advice?

Much appreciated!!

Do you have the M-sport package? If so, I would go 19's. If not, go 18's.

Also, I would contrast more with your wheel color, maybe dark gunmetal. A Jet Black car with Machine black wheels only works if your going for the murdered look.

yes doesn't have M Package so i think 18's might be the way to go. for a dark gun metal look you mean something like this?

I was also thinking their M359 hyper silver might not look that bad on jet black.

First things on the list are M3 Lip (let me know if you guys have any suggestions where to buy this... do not want to buy from ebay heard horrible stories) angel eyes and HID fogs and prob a week later get the rims and still debating if i'm going to lower it.... if i am it's prob going to be H&R sport. back lines may come a bit later but i really like how those look.
