Burning oil smell

Hi guys,
Have a strange one
engine clean top and bottom
oil level not falling
on odd times say brisk driving round a round a bout or slowly over speed bumps the smell of burnt oil enters the cockpit (not the smell from the exhaust of a worn engine using oil).
Normal /fast driving say thirty miles on long straight roads no problems.
Paper on the driveway stays clean no drips of oil from engine or drive train.

What can it be?

Help.
