The Kris Gethin's 12 Week Program Progress/Motivation Thread
I have seen many members on here recommended this workout to others as a great way to get in shape.

I thought I could start a thread to get some to join me and get sort of a motivation thread going with sharing progress to go with it. For those who are going to the gym with a lack of planned training or just hopping from one machine to another without a structured plan, its a waste of time and just inefficient. That was the main reason I jumped on this workout because everyday is planned for you and I just watch the video prior to goin to the gym, write the workout in a notebook, and then head out. Lets see where this takes us |

i started this plan about 3 weeks ago, and the workouts that kris does are great, but i myself couldn't really follow the meal plan or all the supplement he takes, so i just follow his work out plan but eat what i think is healthy and just take protein shake after workout!

I do his workouts which are great but tried his meal plan for like three days and couldnt go on. its so bland.. so i just eat less and try to stay away from sugars and those things that everyone knows are bad for you. as for supplements, I just drink some whey protein after workouts. |
