gruppe m rep intake
few questions i couldnt find doing the search is a vendor selling this intake i thought i read someone was? and how easy or hard was this to install i never really did any work under the hood so i was hoping for some of your input on this....thanks in advance

You can buy the original intake from DTMRYAN, but I think it would cost you like almost 1k. I bought my off ebay, but is a replica. It works fine and sound great. It is way cheaper too. I bought it off for $300 for the parts and $90 for the shipping. Here is the site that the guy I got it off http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/BMW-E...QQcmdZViewItem. BY the way, the replica one will need some modify on it. Takes longer.

We have the Simota intake available which is very similar to the GruppeM style. Installed one on a fellow E90 post member's car the other week and it was stunning to say the least. The thing absolutely screams at WOT.

does it add horse powers
for those who got the intakes ,. beside the improving of the sounds ... did it also gain horsepowers for u guys?? including the rep intakes
