My new F30 328i base line - Glacier Silver

Hi guys!

I´m new here, so let me begin by introducing myself… my name is Joao, I’m Brazilian, but I’m actually living in Panama.. it´s been 5 years since I´ve got here..
So I’m really sorry if my English is not so good but I’ll do my best to make you understand what I want to say/write…
As some of you should know by now, those cars considered “premium” (BMW, Audi, Lexus Infinit, Merc., etc) are incredibly expensive in brazil so when I got here in panama it was a nice surprise to see that they are affordable. For me it´s just like a dream come true to own a 328i, since in brazil it starts at around 100k dollars and I would probably never been able to buy one there.

now about the car... So far… so good… I’m loving this car… it goes faster than anything I´ve drove before… it´s really comfortable and smooth.. I’m impressed and in love with this car… it´s truly an incredible machine..

So.. just want to share some pics of my new f30.. it´s the glacier silver base line with 17in wheels… sorry about the quality of the photos… my phone is not so good…

Welcome! I test drove a 328 and it's every bit as quick as my M Coupe. I was blown away by how fast it is.

Looks great! Nice colors & chrome accent/wood.. Doesn't look like a base model at all...

Thanks everybody… really appreciate the welcome and compliments on my car.. feels really good to be part of the bimmers family… proud of it..

I have to admit that I was concerned about the base line configuration because I only saw one like that here (one jet black) and had different wheels.. so I thought that mine could look just too simple… but it´s like Alan E90 said… it´s just clean and gorgeous… and the wheels… just suits the car… it looks a LOT better in person than in the photos (again, sorry about the quality)… I have plans to put some 19in wheels on it… I love the way the wheels of m sport looks.. but that´s for a near future… for now… will use a little bit more of the 17in, that looks a lot better than I was expecting…

And about the speed… I got say… never driven a super car… like M models… so really can´t compare to it… but my father has an a4 2011 with 211hp (I guess) and mine feels SO MUCH faster… when you put in sport o sport+ this thing is a beast… wow… it goes super fast… just a lot of fun driving it… I wake up every day just happy that I got my bimmer to drive… ahahahahha.. sorry if I look like a kid with a new toy… but it´s just how I feel…

Again… thanks to everyone for the compliments..

Absolutely nothing wrong with the 17" wheels... On my 2006 E90 the sports package wheels were 17"... They just keep getting bigger!

Fala dexter... Td bom?

Cara se tem alguma diferenca... Realmente ainda nao percebi...

Hahaha... Indeed... It seems like in 10 years from now, we will be buying cars with 30" wheels... That is just to much...
I got say... This 17's grew on me... Not sure if i gonna change them after all...

One thing BMW really got right with the F30, is the quality and specification of the so called base models. Your car is fast and it looks great too.
