Vishnu/FFTEC Single Turbo: Official Dyno Results (654whp/523TQ)
We finally put the finishing mapping touches on the 6MT version of our single turbo kit. And we took it to the local Dynojet to provide numbers that most can relate to. And these are the "official" dyno results since they represent a customer car running production kit the supplied off-the-shelf tune. No custom stuff here. Goes to show that the production kit/turbo is a little better than the prototype kit in my personal car
The 335 belongs to Former Boosted IS. Power/drivetrain mods: -Vishnu/FFTEC Single Turbo (with 62mm CEA turbo) -Procede Rev3 -Vishnu PWM Meth -Vishnu Charge Pipe -Stett FMIC -HKS Exhaust -Clutchmaster's twin plate clutch -Quaiffe LSD -DSS Axles Video, logs and graphs below. 4th gear dyno runs would result in tire spin on the PUMP GAS map. So we had to spray the tires/rollers with VHT 94oct and 94+Meth (Map1 and Map4): 654.145WHP/523.52TQ 551.34WHP/444.11TQ Map4 vs. Another 6MT w/DCI and Exhaust (same dyno): 654.145WHP/523.52TQ 287.15WHP/299.08TQ Datalogs: Pump gas (Map1) Pump+Meth (Map4) Video: Last edited by OpenFlash; 06-15-2012 at 04:31 PM.. |

I wonder if there are decent gains to be had by moving to a larger diameter exhaust considering the wastegate is being recirc'ed. If anything you could make the same power at a slightly lower boost.
