Wiper in wrong position

I just bought a 2009 model E90 and the wiper on the driver's side (left) is too high in parking position. I have tried to lower the arm by unlocking the nut and moved the arm down but that resulted in the arm not cleaning the whole area as it should do. Anyone who knows the solution?
