Has any random person ever taken a picture of your car?
So the other day when I was getting a haircut, I walk out and have a smoke before I start driving (I don't smoke in the ride).
Anyways while I am puffing away and admiring the great detail job I did, I see a guy get out of his car, walk over to mine, do a walk around it, look inside, pull his phone out of his pocket, step back, and take a picture. He also did a close up pic of my wheels too. I thought it was funny (though I did take the license plate to his car down just in case he was going to steal/burglarize my car if he ever saw it again. Paranoid? Maybe.) That was the first time I have ever witnessed this. It got me to thinking, has anyone ever have this happen to them where some random person took a picture of your car? |

yea your paranoid lol, ive seen phones come out of windows at red lights and get pictures or i see kids that take pics in parking lots. Its like getting a thumbs up by another driver of someone saying "nice car". I think its faltering when someone else likes something that youve put so much time and money into.

A friend of my cousin actually had my car as the background on his phone. When i saw and asked him about it he was really embarrassed, but i was actually flattered. Just like everyone else said, its like getting a thumbs up

Z4MC gets much more looks than the E92 M3. They are just more rare and even more rare modified. Its just another form of the thumbs up!

I've had a guy take picture of my license plate of my car because its unique at Diamond Jamboree. We talked a bit after it was cool. M3s are everywhere here.

Yup..
Whenever I go somewhere with Phuoc (Yodaime) there's always paparazzi. This was at our Starbucks. Two guys in a little truck pulled up, got out and took pics. At one point they got a little too close since Phuoc left his hood open and we walked outside to our cars. |

A lot more when I first got the car, not so much any more. A week after I got it, I was at home depot and walked out to a younger guy taking pictures of it. We talked for a few minutes and I ended up giving him a ride around a couple blocks

I've had a few people driving along side of me pull out there cell phone and take pics, then pull on the side of me and give me thumbs up. I went to pick up my niece from school one day (first year in high school) and I was out before the kids got out of class for the day and when I got out and they were waiting I had a few kids snapping pics and when she opened the door and they saw the read a few more pics were taken

All the time at gas stations and a couple of times on the highway. I gave thumbs up to a nicely modded e46 not long ago, a few minute later they pull up alongside and hold pace while the passenger leaned over and took pics. She was cute. I don't know if the driver was male or female.

On occasion. My car is too ugly for pics, so i don't see why people do it.
