Transfer case / Transmission issues

Hey, I'm looking at buying a 335xi that has alot of HP at the wheels. Has there been any issues with AT cars dealing with the extensive HP increase, and if so what needs to be done in order to prevent damage i.e upgrades - Thanks

08 35xi MT, mine was replaced at 40k miles. I bought it used with 25k, never a single hard launch, but no idea on previous owner. The TC started to have a louder than usual whine, thats it. After replacement, it was far quieter than when I bought it, making me suspect something was up prior to purchase.
