BMW Annual Yearly Scheduled Maintenance: What to check?

I know under the 4yr/50k BMW Maintenance Program we get to get things done free, but besides an "oil change" what else should they be replacing or changing yearly? I know the CBS indicator plays a big role and a lot of stuff are not due till later when the indicator signals. But just for the YEARLY check under warranty, is there something I should be watching out for or telling them to do for me? Can someone let me know so I can maximize my checkup and make sure I'm not getting cheated out when going in for service.

It's basically an oil change. See your Service/Warranty manual for details.

What does "Flexible" mean in the left column -- that it is the dealer's discretion to do? Can I, as the owner, demand they do it?

It refers to Condition Based Service.

In other words, if brake pads and /or rotors are required, they will replace them if the car is still in the covered maintenance period. So you can't demand any service not called for by CBS, time or mileage interval.

Your Service/warranty manual should explain most of this.
