Car stalling and dying sometimes.

Okay, I have a 2007 e90 328i 55K. Recently the car has been stalling, specially after accelerating after a full stop. The engine would start idling roughly, a car on lift sign in yellow pops up....but when I hit the gas the car will go forward and the warning goes away and so does the bad idling. I go to check the B/C for any CEL and there's none. On monday and tuesday, the car actually stalled and died after going through an intersection. It was about 85F outside and I had the A/C on. Twice while speeding up on the freeway the same warnings as above happened but the car didn't die. I took the car into the dealer and they couldn't find anything wrong and the car drove fine on long test drives. The only thing that I didn't tell them was that a local Indy BMW show pulled a SIB B24 21 07/DME Fault and cleared the errors about 2 weeks before taking the car to the dealer. Does any one have any inputs on this...or the same thing happening on their car ?
