Looks bad ass, but are you worried at all about atomization or logging the IAT's as the meth is so close to the ports and won't be picked up by the sensor?

Insane car but I'm not sure I'm a fan of the direct port meth injection.

1. Too many connections for possible leaks
2. Prob going to get pretty hot there possibly boiling meth and introducing weak spots in the tubing and air bubbles
3. Proper automation and mix into the inlet air should be as far from the tb as possible to cool air efficiently
4. How are you sure you get the exact amount in every cylinder?
5. How will your tune adjust for cooler iat?

How many pumps are you using for this direct port injection. Atomization will be compromised for sure as there are so many nozzles. Too large a nozzle you might experience quench, so tread carefully on choosing a nozzle size do to the reduce pressure of the pump from so many nozzles.

Agreed with the above posters above meth being slightly compromised..but that is one badass looking manifold.

I think the direct port will be fine. Atomization is not as critical in this setup. Boiling meth is more of an issue pre-pump rathe rthan post. IATs for tuning would be a concern, but a small nozzle can be placed in the CP. Make sure you have the right nozzle sizes to keep psi up... 1500cc/min should be more than enough volume. Looking forward to the results.

Most ideal setup for this direct port injection system is 3 pump which each pump will have two nozzles. Atomization this close in the manifold requires the meth to have the finest liquid atomization or you will incur quench.

This is the Vishnu/FFTEC Single-Turbo kit, that IIRC can ONLY be installed by FFTEC (aka, you have to ship your car to them)

Here's the manufacturer's (Vishnu Tuning) listing for the kit: http://procedetuning.com/BMW/n54/styled-15/index.html

In house testing FFTEC phase is already complete from what I know...The kit has been released to public and people can purchase this kit and have it mailed to their door now...DIY friendly!

Quench has much more to do with the volume of water flow than anything else. I would be MUCH more concerned about boiling the meth or igniting any leak. I would not try what the OP is doing personally. We know my setup works beautifully at 650+ rwhp so why introduce such high risk or fire.

How about using this for fuel e85 or just supplemental gas with actual injectors instead of nozzles according to shiv the v3 can control a second set of injectors

I thought the kit had meth lines in the FMIC (2 on each of the end tanks)? So why the deviation?

I agree on all counts and to deviate with something that needs to be checked on with so much frequency and concern, I would go with what already works. 650 is not bad!! Lol

How are you able to get around the dme programming? I'm Really intersted in this kit but was planning on waiting til spring bc I thought I HAD to ship it over to Vishnu for the programming?!? Can someone explain what the dme reprogramming they have listed on their kit is for(I was initially told the reprogramming was for added fueling)...?
