Procede v2.5 slight hiccup at 1.0psi

Hi guys, I've been running Procede v2.5 for a few days now and I keep getting a slight hesitation ~2k rpm. I thought it was the 7_29 autotune map that was doing it so I switched to Stage 1 5_23 aggressive map, but still have the issue. I have a Rixter gauge and I noticed that it happens right around 1.0-1.5psi; once the boost reach 1.0-1.5psi it immediately drops to 0.0psi and begins building again, so it's like a slight hesitation. It's the only time I have any issues and it only happens in 1st or 2nd gear. Diverter valves or vacuum lines?

Procede v2.5 and DCI

This could be a number of things. Spark plugs, coils, injectors are all things that it could be. However, my money is on the fuel system, particularly the LPFP. Just a hunch based on my previous experience.

If you spark plugs need changing, you should go ahead and change them. Its possible that will resolve your problem.

I'll check the plugs out, but they were replaced at 45k so I doubt it's them. I also had the LPFP sensor and HPFP replaced at 49k. I'd hate to replace the coils and injectors if they're not the problem. I'll see what the plugs show me.

I changed my oil and pulled my plugs - everything looked fine. I don't have any misfires or anything under full load (WOT going up a steep hill) and boost is steady everywhere except ~1.0 psi, so I'm thinking I might need a walnut blasting since I'm at 54k and counting. Probably going to order the gear later this week.

I can't help but think its hardware related. There is nothing particularly interesting that happens, Procede-wise, as you transition through 1psi of boost. Did you pull your plugs and put them back in? Or did you replace them?

I pulled the plugs - they looked fine as expected since they were changed ~9k ago - and I put them back in.

Side note: I've been stalling out (car just dies out softly) about once every two days - do you think this is related to carbon buildup? I have very good clutch modulation and never give too much gas - almost as smooth as an automatic. I think the Procede is magnifying whatever hardware problem there is.

Unfortunely, some plug problems can't be visually seen. So you may have reinstalled bad plugs. But it's really hard to troubleshoot anything without a code. And unfortunately, is issue may need to get worse for a code to be triggered.

Was your issue solved? It's hardware related isn't it...

Not resolved . . . yet. I've just ordered the tools for the walnut blasting so we'll see how the car responds to that. Probably a labor day weekend project.
