BMW 320D all service lights on

Today something weird happened. All my service lights came on and my wipers started operating and would not stop when using the wiper stick.

The lights that came on was the Traction Control, Handbrake, ABS.

Below flashed the ABS light and car on the ramp symbol.

The rev meters died out but the vehicle wis still driving without fault.

What has happened to it?

can anybody help.

Sounds like you need a diagnostic. How's your battery? Failing batteries or power issues cause weird shit to happen.

Is there a big yellow spot on the mileometer too?

Feasibly your EPROM chip has come loose if so. Might point to the car being clocked at some point. Or just the ribbon cable being frayed being more positive.

But hopefully the tamper spot didn't come on and it's just the battery
