Help with clearing airbag code

I recently replaced my clockspring after breaking it while switching steering wheels, and now my airbag and seat belt lights won't go away.

As I understand it, I need a BT tool to clear these lights. Is there anyone in socal that can help me out with clearing these?? (willing to pay small fee or buy a 12 pack of your choice).

Otherwise, anyone know of any shops in the area that'll do it for a very small fee?

thanks
