for everyone waiting for delivery
I'm cheering for you all and I hope it happens sooner rather than later, I know you m-sport guys are close.
The car grows on me daily as I adapt to it and I enjoy hitting the start button each time even if it's just the drive to work. I'm looking forward to you all sharing your stories over the coming weeks :-) |

Some of my friends are somewhat excited to see the car, but no one more than us. MikeT & J1n should be the first M-Sport contributors, having read that J1n is scheduled to take deliver tomorrow. Hope it's a nice day like today. Sorry if I missed anyone else out who may be taking delivery of their F30 any day now, specifically the M-Sport. So when all of us here talk F30, we listen, understand, appreciate and best of all contribute to one another's understanding & knowledge, making the F30 ownership experience the best it can be.

Hey guys I ordered an MG 328i Lux Line F30. Hoping to get it before Dec, its been built and waiting in Durban (I think that the port that Rosslyn ships from).
I went with the saddle brown interior. I was going to get a 335 but decided on the 328 and will keep the difference and look for a fun car. Depending on how it looks I may grab some aftermarket wheels for it. What are some of my option here in Aus? Over the years I've had an e93 325i, E70 30d, Merc C250 Cdi 2012 and E82 1M Coupe. Look forward to adding a comfortable yet spirited daily driver to the stable |

Just got my bank cheque and insurance ready.. all systems go for tomorrow's pickup. I think it's going to rain tomorrow which is abit of a shame but it also meansn I may have to do a my waxing and protection done at night. I will definitely throw up quite a few pics. (happy to facilitate any pic requests)
I'd say the forums have contributed much in choosing the right options.. this is the first time I've been active in the forums and this is our 3rd BMW purchase. I'm glad that I've spent more time doing analysis before buying this time around. I am also looking for some online website where I can get some M Performance parts, seems quite hard to get OEM stuff online here in AU. I'll talk to the dealer tomorrow about how much they'll charge me for some of the parts I'm looking for. PS-My Mrs even bought me breakfast for tomorrow morning before I head off to the dealers rofl. as for the M performance parts, have you tried to PM stu for pricing?(bmrox something something ... chime in stu if your reading). I'm thinking of ordering the grilles, P3 gauge/vent and possible a black/cf lip from him |

Ya the weathers not going to bother me much. I found some sites which I could order the M Performance brakes from and will cost about 2.2k with 500 shipping another 10-15% tax.
These are tricky tho as they require recoding of the DSC. So I haven't decided how to go with this option yet, but so far quotes are pretty steep. I'm going to dig abit more for now. Nice.. i'm considering them too but i guess CF won't really stand out on my Black Saphire. Have you checked this website out. http://www.**********s.com/BMW-F30-Exterior-Parts.htm |

Saw an EB2 328i on a flatbed heading north from BNE on the Bruce highway about 1030 today. Hope it's someone's order in here!
The blue paint looked very nice indeed in full sun, and that's before any wax/sealants have been applied. You peacocks should like it Last edited by MikeVictor; 10-09-2012 at 04:54 AM.. Reason: ac typo |
