Cobb broken?

I just updated my cobb to the latest beta firmware last night, today I went to flash a different map and it locks up, won't even start flashing the car. It says cannot communicate with ecu, turn ignition to off position. Then becomes unresponsive so I have to unplug it. Tried several times. Anyone else have this issue? Perhaps don't upgrade your unit until this gets figured out...

Maybe just try again with all loads off and a battery charger hooked up? Otherwise it could he a software glitch with the Cobb.

I'm getting the same issue, I rolled back to the latest non-beta firmware and it all works again.

Having the same issue with the beta version. Also it would not clear DTC when it does connect and flash. Had to go back to non beta version.
