cobb stage 2+ agreesive 30FF

I have a 335i fbo with cobb stage 2 agreessive +, and gear changes over 6000rpm, I get the fault code 30ff.
The leak must be very small because I only appears in those change gearshifts at full throttle. The pipes look good, it can be?
thanks

single failure in the gear change eg 3rd from 6000rpm, and 4-5th speed over 6000rpm

so if you run in 3rd gear say from 3000rpm to 7000 would you get the code? just trying to compare to my case.

my car was having issues holding boost at high rpms. After 5000 rpms, boost delta from requested starts increasing. I would trigger a code in 3rd or 4th... since the DME has time to figure out something is wrong.

could be the vacuum lines from the canisters to the solenoids, or solenoids to wastegates, or lines from canisters to vacuum pump... could be a lot more stuff as well (worn wastegates)

I would first swap boost solenoids with another N54 that has no issues hitting boost targets. they were the culprit on my car.

the failure warning appears exactly at the time of release the clutch, the gear is up, is the instantaneous appearance of the code,

if accelerated to 2000rpm to 6500rpm fund since sometimes do not see the code and other are.

my car has 20.000milles, the vacuum lines look good and I doubt that the problem is in the wastegates. I try changing the solenoids?

Do you have any logs? may be there is a sign of a boost leak even though your symptoms don't indicate a boost leak.

Do you hit boost target throughout the range? Log requested vs actual and WGDC on banks...

It's a long log. Is this a third, part of 4th and then just cruising around.

around what time stamp did you get the limp you're saying?

I take it back, it seems it is multiple pulls in one log.

well you are deviating from boost target obviously. It is similar to what I was getting in the sense that it gets worse at higher rpms. You off target by more than 2psi in some instances at high rpms. my car was off by 3-4 psi at one point...

In my case the solenoids solved the issue.

Had the exact same problem as you after a few weeks with Cobb st2+. I solved it with upgraded DV's and chargepipe.

A tip for future logs, limit your log to your run. As in "log", go WOT, run over "stop logging" asap. It makes going through the logs much easier

You are right worst i've seen is 1.3psi, which is completely OK. Should not even give you underboost.

did you get a limp this time??
