I feel your pain. Flew from Newark three weeks ago and was a nightmare! Won't ever fly with them again. Every single one of the employees had shockingly bad attitudes

Thanks for the clip, I've only recently discovered how funny Louis CK is. I think you're missing his point. Even in its 'shit' state, as you put it, its still amazing and who are we to complain about the relatively minor inconveniences/discomforts. As for all the people who say they will never fly on 'xyz' airline again, I call BS. You'll fly on whoever has the best deal, best connections, most convenient, whatever. If people really changed their habits based on experience none of the legacy airlines would still be in business.

I had the worst experience ever flying Frontier at the end of September, They were beyond inept, and moved us even thought we paid for an upgrade and after the fact tell us oh our bad as we deplane. No refund either the c@#ksuckers. Not to mention they were 45 minutes late boarding in Cancun on the way home. Never again.
