window repair in bay area?

Anyone know/recommend a place to do window repair for a chip on the windshield? It's actually a little bigger than a chip, but I'm just afraid it might start to spread if I don't get it taken care of.

I went to the dealer (weatherford) and they quoted me almost $200 for repairing just 1 chip. I have two of them. But he claimed they will make it look like new, as if it was never chipped to begin with. I have no clue how they're going to do that, but I just thought it's rather pricey.

Let me know if anyone has connections, or recommendations.. also how much should I expect to spend?
