M short shifter

Do Canadian dealers carry the M short shifter knob...or do you have to order it from the states..
Has anyone changed their shifter yet in canada? (and if yes are they happy with it).

I bought mine from Pbough Racing in London Ontario. Haven't installed it yet but Forum members seems to really like them. Not only that they are shorter, they are also weighted to give them a much more balanced feel. Do a search and you will read all about them.

I got this shifter. It feels really good shifting between the gears.

I got the same thing from my dealer. It's the M Sport shift knob from the E46...but it fits the E90 just as well. Probably one of the better knobs out there that fit the E90. Not too heavy...not too light...good length and feel.

+2 on the e46 Mshifeter. However, the e90 Msport shifter is available in Canada, my dealer installed it intially by acident in my car. With tax it comes out to $225 installed (comes with the the leather cover as well).

I personally prefer the e46 shifter, fits better in hand and all leather=no slipping and dings bcs of metal bits.

if the above is E46 M shifter, then what I have is probably an e90 M shifter. It comes with perforated leather. The top is flat, but feels good to hold. 1000 times better than stock.
