I'm a Niner fan checking in and I would approve your proposed trade in a heartbeat.

I think the Niners shouldn't have switched from their (effective) man-to-man defense to their (ineffective) prevent/zone defense after taking a 31-3 lead....

Time and time again, that prevent defense only prevents the team in the lead from winning the game.

Agreed. Luckily, coaches noticed quickly and went back to man.

Also can't forget that lick Goldson put on Hernandez coming across the middle. Clean hit, flag shouldn't have been thrown.

Another tough game next sunday, especially with the way seattle's been putting up points lately

It was dumb to switch from man-to-man to zone coverage. Why change it when it was working? They almost lost the game because of that. Good thing they went back and was able to sac Brady a few times as well as having that great punt return. Otherwise that would have been scary for the Niners.
