Does dealer give out Gifts when you pick up a new vehicle?

Picking up mine tomorrow and I'm shopping for accessories these two days, for things like plate frame, key fob, etc..

Suddenly occur to me, would dealer give gifts as such ?

everything has a cost, if they give you a bunch of gift when you pick up the car, in most cases, you haven't got a good deal. Other than that, don't take those mugs with BMW logo, they are pretty much garbage. I had a few of those and all of them were leaking after a couple uses.

Apparently my dealer would normally give a bunch of flowers with each new car. Fortunately I got a key fob instead

Got a BMW cap when purchasing my E92 M3 a few years ago. Just took delivery of my M5 a few weeks ago and didn't get anything except for the free floor mats (which to me should be a given if you're purchasing a 100k+ vehicle).

OP did you get any freebies in the end? Picking mine up early next week, but think wether I get any freebies will depend on if my GF can get the afternoon off to come with me. Last time she went with me to do a deal on a car she wondered around looking at all the merchandise, making nice comments about it all. That and a little fluttering of the eyelashes (she didn't explicitly ask for anything) meant on pick up day I got the car and she got big bunch of flowers, champagne, chocolates and a few nick nacks (pen, key ring, etc) :/

I got a nice BMW flash drive. Looks just like the key fob... my dad thought it was an extra key when it came in at first haha.

It only has like 2GB of storage, but definitely a nice thing to send.

I also get BMW magazines quarterly

I got a free Keychain and a Coffee mug and they offered me a Polo shirt but denied it. With the Acura, I got 2 Coffee mugs, free floor mats and Keychain... And the VW, I didn't get anything...

I tried to ask for the "BMW Z4 Embroidered Floor Mat" at first($115 on website) but the my CA said it's beyond her power.. But she manage to promise me a M-sport key chain and 2 M badge pin.
but the story's not end, yesterday she send me a email asking a favor to do a good review on her and promise me "another even better gift". (didnt tell me what exactly)
Will come back to update when I get it.

overall, she seems nice!
