trade-in
Can someone advise me on how to do a trade-in transaction with a bmw dealer?
If i owe $18k on the car to BMW FS, what kind of a trade-in value should I be aiming for? |

Trade in value is independent to what you owe.
Your focus is to get the highest trade in value possible from various dealers. The amount you owed will be added to balance due on delivery on the new vehicle. |

The value is determined by the age, KM and car condition.
As a good reference point look up your car in the black book for its value, and or search for comparable cars on autotrader.ca. then take about 20% off that number for the dealer to make a markup later |
