OMG....AA Xede V3 and Intercooler

I just got back from Active Autowerke where I had gotten an update done for my Xede unit. I do feel like there is a bit more mid range power when punching it. The main part is how much better the power is distributed. Its a ton smoother when riding in the car. While I was there walking around, I saw the red AA shop 335i on a lift with the front bumper off. They were removing the stock intercooler and replace is with there own custom made one. I got a pretty good comparison between the stock on and the AA intercooler. The one they made was far larger in all dimensions. While speaking to some guys that work there, they mentioned that it would beat any other intercooler on the market in price

Btw-, you dont have V3. You have either R5 or R6. Which is comparable to Procede 1.47

Thread needs PICS and some hard data. But, it sounds interesting. Maybe just add methanol injection.

Hey Guys,

As a local customer he is actually using some new stuff we have. No big deal though. Very similiar to R5 or R6 if not the same.

Now the intercooler upgrade thats another thing..

The IC sounds like it's in development. There would be no way in hell they would let him take pics.

No more than a month would be my guess, the one they were installing on the AA car looked like it was ready to be shipped out. Mike.

haha i forgot that im known as hulk around FL....its been running good now that im being controlled by AA....I also got there exhaust on last week....next meet well go for a ride. Mike.

I cant take videos and i wouldnt have a clue how to post them....maybe if i met up with some1 on the forums or worst case wait till the next S.FL meet which should be soon? Mike.

He wore a "Hulk" shirt to one of the meets (think it was the june meet) and the name just stuck.
