Stage 2 Update / Stage 3 Pricing

Hey guys,

Stage 2:

Ok so I have a confirmation that the remainder of these parts are shipping tomorrow or Thursday and we will be seeing them early to mid next week. What this means is. Take delivery, hone the turbine housings to fit the new bigger shafts on the flappers, weld the flapper and arm in the housing, assemble and ship. I should have all betas shipped by next Friday without issue.... THANK ALL OF YOU FOR BEING SO PATIENT.

Stage 3:

Pricing is almost done and will be released along with numbers when we get some. I am not going to release the pricing until I get some solid numbers to go with them. I will say we will be doing an intro price for the first 5 kits with a 50% deposit required, this will put us into production mode. If the interest is not there, it is going to drive the price higher but we will still make the kit on a one by one basis if people want them.

Have a great day everyone.

Finally....a light at the end of the tunnel.

Just hope it's not an incoming freight train

What about stage 1's Tony?

Some of us like the stock turbines just fine and are really interested in the wastegate improvement you can massage into them.

My actuator rods are starting to bind up every now and then giving me a flat spot at first then a sudden surge of boost.....so I figure my time is coming.

We have stage 1's on a car right now and he is working with PTF on a tune, but he is locked in winter right now and not driving much. I am sending another set out today to be tuned.

woohoo!!!! can't wait!!!!

So if they ship by Friday the 8th, i'll get them mid-following-week and they can be installed the weekend of 16/17th

Do you think that is a pretty accurate timeline? Do you think it is so accurate that I should tell my bmw tech to schedule me for that weekend?

Will be very interested to see what kind of numbers the stage 2 puts out. I have seen TD04 Mitsubishi cars putting out big numbers with 15 and 16T turbos.

4th private message today asking about pricing on the Stage 3. I will release pricing when we get some numbers, and release them both at the same time. That is how we are choosing to move forward. Thank you are for your patience.

I think I recognize the screen name. Ha, made the transition from a VR4/Stealth too? (3SI/3SGTO?)

No, I never own a vr4/stealth but I had a couple of friends who did, that's how I know about the TD04s
