Engine Management Light

MPD78 Private 2 Rep 83 Posts Drives: 335i M Sport 2008 Join Date: Dec 2012 Location: London/Surrey iTrader: (0)	Engine Management Light So on Friday when I started my car to drive home from work the yellow EML came on and stayed on all the way home (about 8 miles). I haven't driven it over the weekend. I'll take it to a garage to get the codes read but may not be able to do this for a few days so hopefully it'll be ok! I didn't notice a loss of power or anything out of the ordinary on the drive home. What I'm wondering is wouldn't a warning flash up on the iDrive when the EML lights up?
