Why do forums think the F10 came out in 2009?

Just curious, it seems most forums I visit think the the E60 is a 2004-2009 model, which is incorrect. The F10 is from 2011- present, there is no 2010 F10, there is a 2010 E60.

It depends which country you're referring to. IIRC, Asia/Europe got the 2010 model for the F10 vs. North America which I believe got the 2011 model.

Agreed, but by that logic the E60 actually started in 2003 in Europe, not 2004 as the forum states.
