ok , help on ballast for xenon needed.

ok, i want to buy some oem xenons, they have bulb and they have housing=no ballasts
i look on ebay and i see this:http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/06-07...spagenameZWDVW
and although it doesnt say e90 the part number is the same as the one in realoem the 1st in realoem, it says ENDED whats that mean? also i see 3 plugs, 1 goes into the bulb through the headlight, and the 2 power ones is what i need help with, where do they go? diagrams or pictures would help!!!
