COD refund??

what's up everybody,

The other day I got mail from BMW so of course I opened it. Paper had my name on it and said COD refund. There was a check at the bottom for 500$ with two hard written authorized signatures on it. Did anyone else get this? Also what is COD refund for? Still didn't cash it in what to check its not sum kind of scam to get into my banking account. Just don't know these days.

Call BMWNA and ask them if this is right or not.
