H&R race lowing springs or coilovers?

Deliema...I know I'm going to only drop my car so low with the H&Rs it drops 2inchs. But in the long run which would be better for the ride of the car
Comfort wise springs or coilovers?

went with h&r race springs for less then 500 miles and switched to coils.
Big difference. Coils > Quick drop any day
